The personal data collected by the data controller are aimed at:

(a) ensure the best possible service delivery and management for the user;

b) measuring the quality of services and the degree of user satisfaction;

4. Legal basis of processing

- Browsing data will be stored for a period not exceeding three months.

- The data collected through the contact form will be kept by the data controller for the time necessary to answer the questions posed by users and in any case for a maximum period of twelve months.

- The data collected for the user's subscription to the newsletter will be stored for as long as the subscription lasts. Processing will cease in the event of a request by the user to unsubscribe from the newsletter.

- The data collected for the creation of a private/profile area within the website will be retained for as long as the private/profile area lasts. Storage will cease in the event of a request for cancellation of the private/profile area by the user.

6. Communication of data

Data collected in the course of browsing or provided by the user via the contact form or newsletter form may be disclosed to:

- to third parties, with whom the data controller has entered into partnership agreements, for the sole purpose of providing the services offered; 

- to independent advertising companies who may use this data about your visits (which does not include your name, address, email address or telephone number to this and other websites to create advertisements about products and services that may be of interest to you.

7. Rights of the data subject

8. Methods of processing

Processing is carried out using automated tools (e.g. using electronic procedures and media) and/or manually (e.g. on paper) for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected and, in any case, in accordance with the relevant statutory provisions.

9. Optional provision of data

Except for navigation data, the provision of data is optional. However, failure to provide data may make it impossible for users/visitors to access/receive the services requested.

10. Data Profiling and Dissemination

Your personal data are not subject to dissemination or to any fully automated decision-making process, including profiling.
